1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
1.2. The remaining 50% balance must be paid when the cleaner arrives and before the service begins.
1.3. Payments must be made using one of the accepted methods specified in your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
2.2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
2.3. If C24 Cleaning Services Ltd needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as early as possible and offer an alternative date.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
3.1. We offer a 7-day re-clean guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service provided.
3.2. To be eligible for a free re-clean, you must notify us within 7 days of the original service date.
3.3. If a re-clean is not possible, we may issue a partial refund based on the circumstances and timing.
3.4. Requests made after 7 days from the service date will not qualify for a refund or re-clean.

4. Liability & Insurance
4.1. C24 Cleaning Services Ltd is fully insured for any accidental damage caused by our team during the cleaning service.
4.2. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property, furniture, or appliances.
4.3. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Service Limitations
5.1. Our team will provide services as described in the agreed cleaning package.
5.2. We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions are unsafe or exceed the agreed scope.
5.3. Any additional work requested on-site may incur extra charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1. Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
6.2. The property must have running water, electricity, and adequate lighting.
6.3. If our team is unable to access the property, cancellation or delay fees may apply.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1. C24 Cleaning Services Ltd respects your privacy and adheres to GDPR regulations.
7.2. Your personal information will only be used for booking, communication, and record-keeping purposes.
8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
8.1. C24 Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2. Customers will be informed of any major changes that could affect upcoming bookings.
